Fees for universities and colleges in the U.K.
JSTOR partners with universities and colleges across the United Kingdom to expand access to scholarship. Participation and pricing are determined through Jisc band classifications, ensuring fair, transparent access to high-quality academic content and library services.
JSTOR uses Jisc bands to classify participating higher education (HE) institutions in the United Kingdom for licensed journal and primary source, book, and image content, as well as preservation and digital stewardship services. If you are not a Jisc-sponsored institution in the U.K., contact us.
To find your classification, search for your institution on the Jisc website. Note that older bands may still be in effect in agreements between Jisc and JSTOR, so your current band may not always apply. If you have questions regarding your banding, please contact the Jisc help desk.
After determining the band for your institution, please login to the Jisc LSM Online Catalogue and follow the instructions provided.
